The shopping process:

After you have completed the checkout process and paid for your order you will receive a series of confirmation emails:

  1. A confirmation that your order has been received.
  2. A confirmation once the order has been shipped from one of our warehouses

Customers from within Australia will be charged 10% GST. This will be added during your checkout process.

Overseas clients will not require to pay any sales tax.

Note: shipping rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Australian orders: 10% GST (Australian Sales Tax) will be added to postage & handling during the PayPal checkout.

All charges are listed in US Dollars (US$).


BYOGUIDES maintains pick and pack warehouses in London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Sydney. Once you add a delivery address to your cart the most economical shipping option is selected. When available, other (faster / signed) services will also be displayed. Check the box and your cart will update.

Payment Options:

There are two secure online payment options.

(1) Pay via PayPal using your PayPal account.

(2) Pay via Paypal using your personal credit card (no PayPal account required)

(3) Electronic Funds Transfers: You can select to pay via Bank Transfer. In this case your order will only be dispatched once funds hav been received and cleared in our account.

Alternatively, please email us about your order and we will send you Electronic Account Transfer details for a direct transfer or postal address for a bank draft.


Important: Using Credit Cards with this site and PayPal.

(1) PayPal accepts personal credit cards only i.e. most Corporate / company cards will NOT work with PayPal.

(2) When using your personal credit card the checkout will hand the transaction to PayPal for processing. This is secure, safe and normal. You do NOT need a PayPal account for your transaction to proceed and your credit card will be debited in the normal way.
